Unfortunately, our industry, (Software Vendors) do not have a great track record when it comes to implementations that are on time and on budget. We have all heard horror stories of the exorbitant cost of some implementations. Most of our competitor’s implementation models contribute to this problem. How? They charge high, hourly rates for Professional Services like Project Management and Business Consultants. They give bonuses to their employees, not based on success criteria such as bringing a customer live, but based on the number of hours they bill the client.

We do it differently!

Our goal is to bring a client live as soon as prudently possible. How are we different?

• Our system comes pre-configured with industry standards such as specialty codes, benefit codes, call reason codes, workflow rules, etc. These are all changeable/configurable by the client. Most of our competitors deliver a completely “blank” system. This adds unnecessary additional cost to the project (but insures they can bill more consulting hours!)
• We do conversions! Many of our competitors do not.
• Our Professional Services are billed to the client on a flat monthly rate. We do not do hourly billing for Implementation Professional Services such as Project Management, Business & Technical consulting.
• Our Professional Services personnel are incentivized to bring a client live and to meet certain milestones during the project. They are not awarded bonuses based on the number of hours they bill.

After the Sale
