W. Thomas Castleberry, Vice Chairman and CEO

Tom is an investor and Chairman of the Board at Eldorado. A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Tom brings 35 years of experience in the ASP and software industry to Eldorado. For the last 20 years Tom has served as the CEO of Anasazi, Inc., a software and services company he founded. He has executed turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and developed successful strategies in a consistently shifting environment. 

David J. Hawkes, Executive Vice President

After attending St. John’s College and Massey University in New Zealand, David has devoted 27 years in the applications programming field with 18 years in healthcare. His expertise was developed during a five-year stint at Information Management Services in New Zealand, where he specialized in inventory control and payroll applications. David’s finely honed programming skills and dedication have been assets of Eldorado for 10 years as Vice President of Development. 

Len Miller, Chief Operating Officer

Joining Eldorado in 2002, Len is currently serving Eldorado as Chief Operating Officer. Len has over 30 years experience delivering product solutions for the information services, financial, travel, hospitality, and healthcare management markets. Len has held key leadership positions and managed development and operational areas for a number of software and services companies including Lodgistix, Anasazi, First Data Corporation, Hypercom, and First Consulting Group.

Kerry Winkle, Chief Marketing Officer

Kerry brings 30 years of Health Insurance Industry Sales experience to Eldorado. Kerry was an Independent Group Health Insurance broker for 10 years and a Health Insurance Company Director of Sales for 5 years. Kerry joined Eldorado in 1994 first as a Regional Vice President of Sales where he was Eldorado’s top sales person and then assumed the role of National Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kerry left Eldorado in 2003 and became a Sales Executive for Quality Care Solutions (QCSI), (now part of TriZetto). Kerry retuned to Eldorado in February 2008 to assume his current position.

Bruce Ralston, Chief Technology Officer

With 25 years of IT experience, Bruce brings a combination of systems analysis and software design leadership skills to Eldorado. Bruce’s areas of expertise include enterprise software architecture and development, practical application of SOA concepts and patterns, prototyping and Proof of Concepts of emerging technologies, and development and operation of large scale, mission critical OLTP systems. Bruce has extensive experience providing strategic solutions to multi-national clients and has held leadership positions in several software services companies including Pegasus Solutions, Inc., RezSolutions, Inc., and Anasazi, Inc. Bruce joined Eldorado in June of 2006 as a Senior Systems Architect and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2008.
