ELDORADO’S NEW ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP TEAM TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR SUPPORT TO ITS EXPANDING CLIENT BASE

Under Leadership of Ted L. Sweet, powerhouse team is charged with elevating service standards for America’s most innovative health plans and TPAs

Phoenix, Ariz. – Feb. XX, 2009 – Eldorado Computing, Inc., a leading provider of health benefit and claims management platforms, today announced the appointment of Ted L. Sweet as Vice President of Account Management. Sweet, a well-respected executive with more than 30 years experience marketing healthcare claims and benefit management software, is responsible for managing client relationships and marketing Javelina, ELDORADO’s state-of-the-art browser-based claims and benefit solution. Sweet is charged with raising the industry’s standards in account services to support the nation’s leading health plans and TPAs. The strategic appointment will elevate ELDORADO’s services to align with the innovation in its newly-launched Javelina claims and benefits platform.

Sweet previously was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at EnCore System Professionals Inc. between 2005 and 2008. Before that, he was ELDORADO’s Regional Vice President of Sales.

In another account management move, ELDORADO named Julie Bertolino, an accomplished sales executive with more than 17 years experience in the software and insurance industries, as Account Executive. She will be working closely with Sweet and is responsible for marketing products and managing relationships with existing clients.

Prior to joining ELDORADO, Bertolino was Account Manager at SunGard iWorks, a division of SunGard. In that role, she worked closely with sales, marketing and client services to sell and deliver iWorks product suite to healthcare organizations. Bertolino has also held positions at TechMed Management a third party administrator; Jardine Insurance Brokers, US/ Division and Alexander/Aon; and American National.
